Our solution also integrates tablets specifically designed to manage the meeting rooms so they can be visible, easy to install and run.
The solution allows the managing, booking and supervision of meeting rooms. The user will be able to control the occupancy status, see the info of programmed meetings (name, organizer, etc.), as well as its corresponding availability schedule during the day, either right from the device located at the entrance of the meeting room , or remotely.
